Research Officer
I am Mourupa Mohima, working as the Research Officer at International Centre for Climate Change and Development (ICCCAD) on operationalizing Global Goals on Adaptation and Locally Led Adaptation for a more local aspect and policy making. I have done my Bachelor and Master degree from Institute of Disaster Management and Vulnerability Studies (IDMVS), University of Dhaka. From my academic year I have been doing research on community-oriented adaptation, disaster risk reduction and climate crisis. I have worked for Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief as intern. Then I had the opportunity to do internship at the International Federation Red Cross and Red Crescent (IFRC). My research interest orients around policy making and policy implementation on disaster and climate crisis.
